Data concerning Users are processed by the Owner in accordance with the law. Personal data of Users obtained by the Owner are processed on the basis of the consent granted by the User or on the basis of any other prerequisite entitling the User to process the data in accordance with the regulations, in particular the Regulation. The Owner shall take special care to protect the interests of the data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data is accurate: processed in accordance with the law, reliably and in a transparent manner for customers and other persons whose data they concern; collected for specific, clear and legally justified purposes and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with those purposes; adequate, appropriate and limited to what is necessary for the purposes in which they are processed; correct and, if necessary, updated; stored in a form enabling identification of the person to whom the data refer, for no longer than it is necessary for the purposes in which the data are processed; The Proprietor shall apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data processed, appropriate to the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing and the risk of violation of rights or freedoms of natural persons. The Owner strives to systematically modernize the applied IT, technical and organizational measures for the protection of such data, in particular the Owner provides updates of IT protection measures allowing for protection against viruses, unauthorized access and other threats, arising from the functioning of the IT system and telecommunications networks. Each User, who in any way made his or her data available to the Owner, provides access to the data and exercise other rights to persons to whom the data relate, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, including those persons have: the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; the right to information concerning their personal data; the right to control the processing of data, including their supplementing, updating, rectifying, deleting; the right to object to the processing or to limit the processing; the right to complain to the supervisory authority and use other legal remedies to protect their rights. The owner may process personal data in an automated manner, including through profiling, in accordance with the principles set out in the Regulation. In such a case, the purpose of the Owner’s actions are marketing objectives or the need to personalize messages sent to Users (including matching information to the needs or expectations of the User). The User has the right to object to such processing of his/her data – this objection may be expressed by sending a message to the Owner’s address: email@example.com. A person having access to personal data processes them only on the basis of the Owner’s authorization or contract of entrusting the personal data processing and only on the Owner’s order.
